Cu fiecare carte de-a lui Ottolenghi pe care o cumpar devin din ce in ce mai mare fan al lui!Combinatiile pe care le foloseste si mai ales modul in care prepara vegetalele fac din autor aproape un geniu in acest domeniu! Aceasta carte este un pisc al modului in care pot fi preparate mai ales legumele.Combinatii unice,surprinzatoare ,texturi diferite ,culori de tot felul in farfurie dau unicitate preparatelor!Vei fi surprins cum totul se potriveste si cum gaseste Ottolenghi exact "elementul" care sa te faca sa doresti din ce in ce mai mult sa-i reproduci retetele.Nu sint putine ingrediente dar merita investitia daca iubesti minacarea cu gust unic!

Yotam Ottolenghi is the restaurateur and chef-patron of the four London-based Ottolenghi delis, as well as the NOPI and ROVI restaurants. He is the author of eight bestselling and multi-award-winning cookery books. Yotam has been a weekly columnist for the Saturday Guardian for over thirteen years and is a regular contributor to the New York Times. His commitment to the championing of vegetables, as well as ingredients once seen as 'exotic', has led to what some call 'The Ottolenghi effect'. This is shorthand for the creation of a meal which is full of colour, flavour, bounty and sunshine. Yotam lives in London with his @Ottolenghi
