This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post-conference proceedings of the International Conference for Smart Health, ICSH 2018, held in Wuhan, China, in July 2018. The 14 full papers and 21 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 49 submissions. They focus on studies on the principles, approaches, models, frameworks, new applications, and effects of using novel information technology to address healthcare problems and improve social welfare.
