This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 4th Computational Color Imaging Workshop, CCIW 2013, held in Chiba, Japan, in March 2013. The 21 revised full papers, presented together with 4 invited papers, were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions.
