In 1975, federal law mandated that schools provide all students with disabilities a free, appropriate public education. This legislation ensured that I and many of my peers gained access to general education classrooms, something I can say had profound influence on my life's trajectory. Today, many educators still question, "What is the best way to support student with disabilities?" In this book, Drs.
