Notă biografică

Naomi Chunilal is a yoga and meditation teacher in North Devon, with over twenty years of practice experience, registered with the British Wheel of Yoga. She continues to gain guidance and inspiration from a diverse range of teachers across the UK and Asia. She studied with Christopher Gladwell to receive her British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma, someone who takes an unorthodox, creative approach to self-empowerment. Her daily life is guided by Buddhist meditation, alongside a Hatha Yoga practice, which keep her sane amidst the joys and sorrows of daily life off a yoga mat or meditation cushion.
