Recenzii

“This book on feedback blends grounded science with soulful practicality—nothing wasted, everything intentional. Each chapter feels like a well-placed bassline: subtle, steady, and deeply effective in shifting the rhythm of how we give and receive feedback. It doesn’t shout; it hums with wisdom, offering clear, actionable tools that resonate long after the last page.”
Chad Thompson, PhD, Co-Founder and Principal at Mix Talent
"This book has limitless practical applications and is a universal-must read for both personal and professional development. Reading it provided me with an invaluable reframe of how I think about, give, and receive feedback, and the tools and tactics I gained have better equipped me to achieve my own goals as well as empower others to achieve theirs."
Ainsley Daigle, VP at a music investment/operating firm
“The science of feedback is complex with multiple dimensions and varieties. Dr. Riordan does a marvelous job breaking it down for us by asking “what is it and how can it impact our lives.” If you give, receive, or use feedback (and you likely do ALL 3!), this book is for you. It’s also very accessible – a fun read based on the very real science written by a practitioner/scholar who truly believes in the value of feedback and understands the science behind it.”
Paul Levy, PhD, Professor of I/O Psychology, The University of Akron, USA
"A vital resource for leaders, Feedback Fundamentals provides the science-backed blueprint to turn difficult conversations into opportunities for profound growth. It’s an essential guide to building more effective, human-centered teams."
Shonna Waters, PhD

It breaks down the science of feedback into clear, actionable tools that leaders can use right away. I recommend it often to my MBA students - it’s a must-read for anyone serious about developing others, and a useful reference guide for anyone navigating real feedback conversations.”
Angela Passarelli, PhD, Associate Professor of Practice, Duke University Fuqua School of Business, USA
“As an executive coach and talent management leader, I’ve seen a few characteristics that distinguish top talent from the rest, and one of the most important is a person’s ability to leverage feedback to grow themselves and others. The second edition of Feedback Fundamentals is the perfect resource for anyone looking to raise their game in work and life. Dr. Brodie Riordan does a masterful job of translating the latest research on feedback into easily understood concepts that can be put into action right away. Feedback Fundamentals (2nd edition) is a must read for any people leader, or anyone interested in growth and development.”
Gina Thoebes, PhD, VP, Organizational Performance Arizona Cardinals Football Club
“This book is for anyone who has begrudgingly ‘given someone the feedback,’ felt their heart rate spike when told ‘I’d like to share some feedback,’ or said, ’thanks for the feedback’ while feeling dejected and confused about what to do next. Feedback Fundamentals offers actionable strategies for work and life so you can give, ask for, and use feedback with confidence.”
Aaron Kraus, PhD
