Aceasta este o carte mai speciala, care poate fi citita in mai multe feluri. Poate fi citita in mod obisnuit, de la inceput pana la sfarsit, zabovind asupra pozelor care exprima foarte bine continutul. Poate fi citita cu sufletul la gura, cu pumnii stransi, deoarece in fiecare zi se intampla lucruri care pot fi primejdioase, dar care, aproape imediat, se rezolva cu bine, astfel ca nu avem prea mult timp la dispozitie ca sa incepem sa ne temem ca ceva neplacut s-ar putea intampla. Dar, poate fi citita aceasta carte, intr-un mod cu totul special, adica, therapeutic. Ea poate fi medicamentul cel mai bun pentru copiii tematori, care se uita seara sub pat de pilda si vad acolo ceva fioros. Cartea povesteste despre un crocodil, care, in fiecare zi planuia cate un lucru rau, un truc, o inselatorie, cu gandul sa isi umple burta cu ceva foarte gustos. In fiecare zi, el astepta ascuns sub diferite forme, sa treaca niste copii prin padure. Credea el, copiii sunt singuri, nu ii apara nimeni. Or, exact despre asta este vorba in carticica- copii, san u aveti nici o grija, pentru ca aveti multi prieteni, pe care nici nu-i stiti- o maimuta, un hipopotam, un elefant, care va scot din orice incurcatura, isi dau seama si va protejeaza de orice primejdie ar indrazni sa va ameninte.
