JEREMY LOPEZ is Assistant Professor of English at the University of Toronto, Canada. He is the author of Theatrical Convention and Audience Response in Early Modern Drama (Cambridge University Press, 2003), an experienced director and the theatre review editor of the Shakespeare Bulletin.
