Susan R. Komives is professor emerita and former director of the College Student Personnel Graduate Program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Nance Lucas is associate dean and associate professor at New Century College at George Mason University. Timothy R. McMahon is a faculty consultant in the Teaching Effectiveness Program at the University of Oregon.
