Admittedly I didn’t enjoy this as much as the first, I still enjoyed it bar the ending - I think this series would suit being left as a duology. Jules and Caro are back, and are lurching from one town to the next. The way the story unfolded was okay but didn’t grab me - I enjoyed the memory regressions and being able to explore the above two’s friendship but everything just seemed slightly shallow compared to the first book. It’s lost some of its believability. Also, I’m not here for soft and princely Liam. They solved they puzzle far to easily and I enjoyed the complexity of him in the first book. Overall, this was enjoyable but I doubt I’d read a third book as I believe this to be wrapped up decently as a storyline

Jules este mai hotărâtă să-și împlinească destinul și să afle cine este. Liam este la fel de grozav ca întotdeauna, încă sexy. Dar personajele ei sunt foarte bogate în personalitate și au calități diferite care le separă unele de altele. Jules încă învață de-a lungul acestei povești și îmi place că autoarea a făcut-o vulnerabilă, chiar și la propriile ei puteri – indiferent dacă este un alchimist puternic uitat de mult. Sara l-a păstrat și PG-13 în cea mai mare parte, așa că părinții, nu vă faceți griji, nimic rău aici. Oricum, l-aș recomanda tuturor celor cărora le plac poveștile de timp. Precum Passenger by Bracken, Timekeeper, TMI, Ash Princess etc. Oricine de 13 ani și mai mult îl poate citi.
