This graduate textbook introduces the computational techniques to study ultra-fast dynamics of atoms and molecules while exposed to ;strong laser fields. From foundations on solving the time-dependent Schrödinger equation and the Klein-Gordon and Dirac equations the reader is led to advanced topics such as time-dependent densitiy functional theory and microscopic particle-in-cell approaches.
