Notă biografică
JANE BRYSON is a Senior Lecturer in the Management School, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She led two research strands in the recently concluded 'Developing human capability: employment institutions, organizations and individuals' project. She strives to bring useful academic insights to workplace issues.
