Notă biografică
WU MING 2 is a founding member of the Wu Ming writers' collective in Bologna, Italy. Following the group's philosophy of anonymous authorship, he avoids being photographed and rejects the role of celebrity author. He is coauthor of Wu Ming’s series of historical novels, including Q (under the pseudonym Luther Blissett). As a solo artist, his most recent project is the novel Mensaleri.
ANTAR MOHAMED MARINCOLA is Isabella Marincola’s son. He was born and raised in Mogadishu during Siad Barre’s regime. He has been living in Italy since 1983 where he has worked as a cultural mediator, translator, and teacher. When his mother died in 2010, he took over the co-authorship of Timira.
DAVID WARD is professor emeritus of Italian Studies at Wellesley College, Massachusetts. He has written five books, one in Italian, including Contemporary Italian Narrative and 1970s Terrorism: Stranger than Fact and A Poetics of Resistance: Narrative and the Writings of Pier Paolo Pasolini.
