Dorothy Gale and Toto help a lost man find his way down the road, but suddenly, the road changes direction and they find themselves once again in the Land of Oz. There, with the help of The Shaggy Man, Button Bright, a boy who knows nothing and Polychrome, the daughter of the Rainbow, they make their way down an enchanted road toward the Emerald City.
