Gillian Goddard is the doctor all women deserve; this book is essential reading for everyone
Finally, a hormone book that doesn't panic, patronise, or overpromise. Dr Goddard talks to women like intelligent adults instead of malfunctioning appliances, and it's deeply reassuring
Fascinating and insightful
