With this work the author would like to give an insight in the world of thinking of international project management and the risks based thereon. It deals with the case of an Austrian consortium constructing a clinical hospital in Romania, including a description of the relevant country risk as well as the project specific exposures. This book is meant to contribute to a higher awareness of risk with the help of an example related to practice.
