Recenzii

"Organized around five key themes—equity, diversity, inclusion, intellectual freedom, and learning communities—the volume invites readers to reflect on their practice through a set of essential questions that open the book and lay out shared experiences across the world, showing how librarians can better themselves, their library spaces and programs, and the users around them ... The essays translate broad professional ideals into concrete, adaptable practices, supplemented with discussion questions, charts, and examples that support reflection and professional growth. It feels like a mini-conference poster session, well executed and thematically cohesive."
— School Library Journal
