Notă biografică

Jian Dong received the B.S. degree in communication engineering at Hunan University in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2010. He was a Research Assistant at National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Multispectral Information Processing of HUST from 2006 to 2010. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Eledia Research Center of University of Trento in Italy from 2016 to 2017. He works as a Full Professor at School of Computer Science and Engineering of Central South University. He published 6 books and over 130 peer-reviewed academic papers on international journals and conferences. He owns 18 innovation patents. His research interests include antennas, metamaterials, wireless communications, machine learning, and its applications to electromagnetics and medical big data. He is a member of Young Talents Board of Zhijiang Lab, a member of the expert database of Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Shaoguan Municipal Enterprise Innovation Development, and a commissioner of the Guangdong Ministry of Enterprise Science and Technology Commissioner. He served as a Committee Member of EITCE 2021, as a Session Chair for IEEE ICMMT, IEEE NEMO, IEEE ISAPE, ACES, PIERS, ICECIT, and a guest editor for the Journal of Mathematics.

This conference discussed the application of communication and IoT engineering in the era of smart technologies from the perspective of disciplinary integration, combining the theory and relevant algorithms of IoT and smart technologies. The book encompasses the entire spectrum of IoT solutions, from IoT to cybersecurity. It explores communication systems, including sixth generation (6G) mobile, D2D and M2M communications. It also focuses on intelligent technologies, especially information systems modeling and simulation. In addition, it explores the areas of pervasive computing, distributed computing, high performance computing, pervasive and mobile computing, and cloud computing.
