Recenzii
A clearly structured and well-thought out analysis of effective law-making for cyberspace, which will form the debate on the subject for years to comea must read for anyone interested in how cyberspace should be regulated.
Readers can expect to be confronted with Reed's breadth of knowledge and will no doubt appreciate the creative way in which he weaves legal jurisprudence into existing cyberlaw scholarship. Each chapter is written in a manner which will capture readers' interest. His summary of the challenges and treatment of substantive laws should make good reading for students and academics interested in gaining fresh insights into the nature of law making activity in cyberspace.
