Recenzii
This book has certainly appeared at the right time. These collected chapters provide a comprehensive overview of both the fundamental physics principles and the experimental techniques, making this book a valuable resource for everyone studying luminescence spectroscopy of semiconductors.
The book is very well produced, and is particularlynotable for its excellent diagrams. A good collection of problems is provided at the end of each chapter, together with abundant references to the research literature for those who wish to follow-up specific topics in more detail. Overall, I find this to be a very welcome addition to my bookshelf, and expect that it will have a wide readership among graduate students and researchers in semiconductor physics.
