Cartea este foarte bine facuta - dpdv calitate a materialelor de publicare. In ceea ce priveste continutul, este o carte de "capatai" pentru orice fel de patiser aspirant / pasionat de dulciuri. Retelele sunt usor de inteles, explicatiile sunt foarte extinse si are foarte multe poze pentru fiecare pas din proces. Cristophe Adam este un geniu al eclerelor, si pentru cei care iubesc acest tip de preparat, cred ca este cea mai buna carte pe care o pot achizitiona! Recomand!
