The book focuses on methods employed by China to provide development financing, given the issues associated with long-term financing, and China's reform and development. Volume one is focused on the theoretical framework of China's system of development finance, with specific sections devoted to an examination of the realistic environment and the plight of long-term financing, the successful practice of development finance in China, theoretical connotations of development finance, and international comparisons of finance policy. Volume two is devoted to case studies in development finance and the stimulus impact of development financing in China, with analysis of twelve projects from throughout the country. Volume three is focused on bond market innovation pioneered in China, with specific sections devoted to development financial bonds in China's financial system, innovative practices in the Chinese bond market, and theoretical connotations of China's bond market innovations. This three volume set was a collaboration between The China Development Bank and Renmin University of China.
