Recenzii
Gordon's book is a useful demonstration of how to interpret notated sources as reflecting, responding to, and shaping a wide swathe of religious ideologies and movements.. Future researchers will find her work valuable not only for the groundwork she provides, but her way of analysing and writing that approaches a topic in history as it was: everything, everywhere, all at once.
