Notă biografică

Anand Prasad is a Partner at Deloitte Tohmatsu Cyber (DTCY) for multinational cybersecurity services and connectivity security. With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of information and cybersecurity, Anand advocates risk based holistic security approach. He was Board of Director and chairman of Board Cybersecurity Committee at the world’s first 5G wholesale network, interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the leading financial firm of Japan, founder and CEO of a startup (acquired by DTCY), a global provider of cybersecurity services and consulting with top-tier clients right across the telecommunications industry, and Senior Security Advisor of the leading telecom operator in Japan, providing advise on all aspects of information and cybersecurity. Anand was also CISO and Board Member, of the world's leading MNO with the very first cloud-native 4G and 5G network implementation. As CISO, Anand led all aspects of enterprise and mobile network security from design and deployment to operations. Anand has also held key roles in several leading multinational technology firms with roles around the globe. He was Chairman of 3GPP SA3 where, among others, he led the standardization of 5G. He is advisor to several organizations, an innovator with 50+ patents, a recognized keynote speaker and a prolific writer with 8 books and 50+ publications. He is a Fellow of IET and IETE, Editor of Cyber Security Magazine and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of ICT Standardization published by River Publishers.
