The Community and School Book is a part of the Time to Sign Preschool Curriculum with 8 modules. This book contains the following topical areas: community, fire, police, mail, health care, construction, classroom and functional/directional signs, as well as common classroom phrases. Each Preschool Curriculum book contains stories, songs, games, crafts and playtime activities for use in teaching American Sign Language (ASL) in a fun and educational way. Handouts are also included for all topical areas, enough for every week of the school year, to incorporate sign language into the classroom and enhance the parental involvement.
