Unable to sleep, Stephen decided to do a meditation and write in his journal while watching the sunrise over the sea. As he relaxed and started to write, he became aware of an energy other than his own. An energy with a higher frequency, with strength, with love and with peace. It was an introduction to John, his Spiritual Guide. Stephen continued to connect with this guide and write John's words through deep meditation.
