As waterfall is rainfall passing through mountain, the new idea is producing artificial waterfall for capturing power of rain using new wind blade called wind-rainfall blade which can convert mechanical energy of wind and waterfall to electrical energy with separate control. The idea can also be used for some natural waterfalls. Furthermore the book illustrates the turbulence effect on this new station.
