Richard Hood and Nick Moyle are founders of the award-winning website www.twothirstygardeners.co.uk, which chronicles their adventures turning what they grow and forage into drinks. They are the authors of the craft-beer book Brew It Yourself, and have been featured on specialist gardening radio shows and are regular contributors to publications such as the Independent and Reader's Digest. Both reside in the UK, Hood in Bath and Moyle in Frome.
