Wiggle Woods

Kristen Conte is a passionate advocate for movement, creativity, and joy in childhood education. As the owner and director of Wiggle & Giggle, a mobile arts enrichment company, Kristen brings the magic of dance and yoga to preschools and elementary programs across northern New Jersey. Her infectious energy inspires children to move with confidence and imagination, one plié and downward dog at a time.Kristen, a first time author, created the Wiggle Woods stories, where lovable forest friends discover the power of strength, courage, and friendship through heartwarming adventures. These tales are perfectly paired with her Wiggle Academy classroom resources, designed to help educators bring movement and mindfulness into their daily routines. When she's not busy wiggling and giggling with young learners, Kristen enjoys creating new ways to spark wonder and confidence in children. Her mission is simple: to empower kids to shine brightly-on the dance floor, the yoga mat, and beyond!
