Annette Boaz is professor of health care research in the Faculty of Health, Social Care, and Education at Kingston University and St. George’s University of London. Huw Davies is professor of health care policy and management at the University of St. Andrews. Alec Fraser is assistant professor at the Policy Innovation Research Unit, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Sandra Nutley is emeritus professor at University of St. Andrews.
