Procurement law is a complex subject, and no simplification is in sight. Major aspects are continuously changing through legislation and court decisions. There are typical patterns of error in the application of the law, and they are inadequately covered in the standard literature. This work enables efficient engagement with procurement law. It illustrates typical errors and offers tips for preventing them.
