• Business professionals and senior management looking for innovation and/or creativity (ditto the above, particularly when they are looking for new products or markets, or find themselves having to deliver more with less)
• Lean and Six Sigma users (TRIZ is suggested as a solution generation tool, but usually in a week′s training is only given a 30 min talk  – so people are interested, but want to learn more)

• The engineering community who are researching TRIZ (most engineers buy more than one TRIZ book – and several have requested a non–technical version from us)
