The World Bank Legal Review is a publication for policy makers and their advisers, judges, attorneys, and other professionals engaged in the field of international development with a particular focus on law, justice, and development. With contributions from legal scholars and practitioners, the Legal Review offers a combination of legal scholarship, lessons from experience, legal developments, and research on the many ways in which the law and justice systems help promote poverty reduction, economic development, and the rule of law. This seventh volume of the Legal Review focuses on the role of law and justice systems in financing and implementing the post-2015 development agenda and its goals of social and economic equity.
