Suzi Skinner is an author, researcher and global leadership advisor whose work challenges the myth of the heroic leader. Drawing on over 25 years’ experience, Suzi advances leadership as a collective practice - experienced with-and-through-others (WATO). At its core is shared sense-making, reflective capacity and collective effectiveness. Her work integrates research and practice to fundamentally reframe how leadership operates in complex organisational systems.
Paul Lawrence enjoyed a long corporate career, leading teams and businesses in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Australia, and Japan. Paul has been working as a coach and consultant since 2007, based in Sydney, Australia, and is a research associate at Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
