"The Other Side" covers an editor, Kai Tokuhara’s (based in Tokyo) personal football journeys to various European cities, featuring spilling out emotions and euphoria of sadness, joy, passion and hustle and bustle in a candid 35mm photo reportage alongside with his take on the culture and people around one of the biggest sport. "Once you step into the stadium, all the language barriers disappear and it is strange that you can communicate with the person next to you. Then walk through their cities and you explore their culture and you get inspired and excited. I feel that I learnt the real meaning of traveling through football, that “something” special exists still in this day and age. That is why I continue this journey, with football. "
