The Legion is split and their enemies are powerful . The Black Flag and Snowfall head to Detroit to stop a rock and roll murder weapon while The rest of the Legion defend themselves from a secret Soviet weapon. To make matters worse, something is wrong with Snowfall. Winter is over and the heat has already started for our heroes.
