From smart meal planning to low-waste shopping and regenerative food sourcing, this book offers practical strategies rooted in environmental science, cultural wisdom, and personal storytelling.
Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out, The Kitchen Activist meets you where you are, with no judgment, only encouragement to begin making a difference.
