Notă biografică
Frank Hoffmeister is the Head of the Legal Department of the European External Action Service and Professor at the Brussels School of Governance. Together with others, he also published The Law of EU External Relations (OUP, 2021, 3rd ed.).
Lóránt Havas is the Deputy Head of the Division for International Law and EU External Relations Law at the Legal Department of the EEAS. He also teaches EU constitutional law and the law of international organisations at the Brussels School of Governance.
