Sheila Naughton has spent thirty years working on a single problem from every angle: how organisations grow, govern, and keep their people. A former Department for Education Regional Adviser to 33 local authorities, a school-improvement consultant across London boroughs, an assistant headteacher in an outstanding academy, and a turnaround leader in a complex SEMH provision, she has seen at close range both what episodic development costs and what embedded development makes possible. She is the founder and principal adviser of Coaching-Led Leadership Architecture(TM), working with multi-academy trust chief executives and boards to build development into governance itself. She holds a Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification (Distinction), an MSc in Computing Science, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership Development and Consultancy from the Institute of Education, UCL. She writes and advises across the UK.
