The Conductor

"Sometimes a parent can feel like they are on an island and that they are the only one experiencing what they may consider a shortcoming in the department of child rearing. It's a fact that no child came with clear instructions from mankind and that each are different--nevertheless they did come with instructions from God. The use of consistent, concrete, and caring strategies (titled the three C's) will support the parent in the child-raising process. The three C's are defined as a tool to support the foundation parents need to support them in raising their child. As I share how I've interacted with people, especially children during the different roles in my life, I hope that some of those strategies and techniques will assist you. There will be an opportunity for you to reflect by journaling your thoughts as you interact with The Conductor. It should serve as a source of support for you as you document information to refer back to when needed for additional assistance."
