Notă biografică
Torsten Dederichs is an executive in the energy sector with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between shop-floor reality and boardroom strategy. Starting his career as an apprentice and rising to Head of Performance at Wien Energie, he has led lean transformations, managed power plants, and guided international consulting projects. He is the author of Lean Maintenance (Taylor & Francis) and combines deep technical expertise in high-reliability organizations with a radical human-centric leadership philosophy. He writes from the conviction that safety is not a metric to be counted, but a capacity to be built.
Descriere
This book introduces a new operating paradigm built on the integration of Lean Management principles, High Reliability Organization (HRO) theory, and Intent Based Leadership. It asserts that the practices required to keep people safe are the same practices required to achieve operational excellence.
