It is a welcome resource because it is written by a classroom teacher who has been successful using the methods and who knows what works for teachers as well as students.
Student's will develop confidence in the test-taking experience with the use of the practical exercises outlined in this book. [Dr. Durham] touches on areas that need to be addressed in all subject areas and stresses the importance of support from teachers and parents. If my students were exposed to the methods in this book in elementary and middle school, then I wouldn't see the look of fear on their faces when I say, 'This is a test.'
