Society needs to learn all about teaching requirements. My book has not been written to place blame on any school system or administrator. Having worked in many schools and knowing educators , the true story is the same across cities. So many other professions place teaching at the bottom of the spectrum. Society has been in the dark for years regarding what it takes to be a teacher. Public awareness of education is more prevalent today than ever before.
