Taking Stock

The time is 1995 and the setting is Prime Trust, a burgeoning brokerage house headquartered in the heart of Los Angeles. Damian Clarke has been with the Firm for almost five years, performing meaningless, entry level, grunt work for his supposed mentor and the powerful lead partner at Prime Trust, Warren Carlson. When he discovers that Carlson has betrayed him, Damian's world becomes torn apart as he is thrust in the middle of a stock scandal involving Prime Trust and deadly serious Las Vegas loan sharks.

"Taking Stock" It is a story that speaks to the ends that one will go to protect those they love and to vanquish those who would threaten them. It is about overcoming personal weaknesses to accomplish what would, at one time, seem impossible.
