Since its first publication (1963), Roxin’s book has become a classic in the scientific literature of criminal law. The work is the most comprehensive monograph on the definition of participation in and perpetration of an offense in German criminal law. As always, in addition to the main part of the book, the new edition features a completely revised and extended “Conclusion 2006”. The entire jurisdiction of the last decades to the questions of the offender rules is comprehensively documented and critically analysed in it.
