Nanofiltration membranes are considered as promising technology for water desalination. Their properties are between RO and UF membranes and they perform well in terms of energy savings while having high flux and salt rejection at low pressure. Modification assists in reserving performance and enhancing fouling resistance. Modification via UV grafting method is one of the best surface modification methods.
