Notă biografică

Karim Vellani is the President of Threat Analysis Group, LLC, an independent security consulting firm. He holds Board Certifications in Security Management (CPP) and as a Security Consultant (CSC), bringing over 30 years of expertise in security management, crime analysis, and forensic security consulting. He earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Law Enforcement and Police Science and a master's degree in Criminal Justice Management. He is the author of Applied Crime Analysis, Strategic Security Management, and Unraveled: An Evidence-Based Approach to Understanding and Preventing Crime and has contributed to various other security publications and journals. He participates in multiple research teams focusing on violent crime prevention, workplace violence, sex trafficking, and use of force.
