Susanne Bölke was born in 1986. She received a Bachelor¿s degree in Tourism and Travel Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Worms, Germany. During her studies she developed a strong interest in the passenger transportation, which inspired her to start a career in this field of business. After gaining professional experience in the passenger transportation market, the author completed a graduate program (MBA) at the International Graduate Center of the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, Germany.
