The crew of the Starship Moonhawk has returned to Earth for some much needed R&R after their pitched battle with the Fezzini Federation, but the Galaxy has other plans. A stray planet threatens to collide with a primitive paradise, but due to a peace treaty, the United Star Alliance is powerless to help.
