Social Cafe Angels is a compassionate and funny story of the times we now live in.

Set in the small industrial northern town of Steelsbridge, the characters are ones we can all find empathy with.

Sarah Saintly, as coordinator, drives the new Social Cafe. With the support of the church and her dedicated volunteers, the initiative slowly grows and becomes vital to the community.

Membership of the cafe increases, and so does the volunteer intake.

When Rihanna Hope takes on the coordinator role from Sally, the Social Cafe goes from strength to strength.

After a decade the cafe has become vital in helping those of all ages who are isolated, physically and mentally poor and in need of support.

By 2026, Steelsbridge Social Cafe celebrates with distinguished guests. A story of hope, inspiration and the resilience of community spirit.
